SERVICE RATES
I don't have a staff of employees so you never have to worry about who is going to work on your Mac. It's always me.
Hourly Rates:
Minimum 1 hour on-site:
Residential Customers: $70 per hour
Business Customers with *Annual Service Agreement: $75 per hour
Business Customers without an *Annual Service Agreement: $90 per hour
Emergencies: $100 per hour

Standard Travel Fee:

Fruit Cove/Julington Creek area, Mandarin, Nocatee
$30 per trip to:
Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Downtown Jacksonville, Orange Park, Southside, World Golf Village, Northern St. Augustine
$40 per trip to:
Mayport, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Green Cove Springs, Greater St. Augustine and Beaches, Middleburg, areas north of Downtown Jacksonville
Fruit Cove/Julington Creek area, Mandarin, Nocatee
$30 per trip to:
Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Downtown Jacksonville, Orange Park, Southside, World Golf Village, Northern St. Augustine
$40 per trip to:
Mayport, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Green Cove Springs, Greater St. Augustine and Beaches, Middleburg, areas north of Downtown Jacksonville

Cash, Check or Paypal Credit Card Transaction
Credit Card payments - 3% of total is added to cover CC processings fees.
The plan requires 2 hours of scheduled service per month for one year from date of agreement.
The hourly rate is $75 per hour AND all travel fees are waived while the plan is in effect.
Savings of at least $70 per service call.
