I call Eric The Miracle Worker. He is THE BEST!!! I appreciate so much how he went above and beyond the normal to diagnose the problem on our 2006 IMAC so that we didn't have to replace it at this time. (Another tech company was not able to diagnose the problem.) Eric is a pleasure to work with, always on time for appointments, and the "turn around time" for repairs is very quick. He has a tremendous depth of technical knowledge, and the added ability of being able to explain it to this very non-technical computer user. When I need computer help again Eric is definitely the one I will call.

We have a fairly complex network in our department with 20 artists working from Mac servers and using primarily Adobe programs with unique plug-ins for automated pagination. Last year was a nightmare for us -- with a failing server and a drastically increased demand for output. We went through several consultants who only made matters worse for us. Finally, Eric came in and saved the day. He has more knowledge in the area than anyone who came before him (some at a much higher hourly rate) and not only did he resolve the problems we were having -- he also helped us to set up a proactive maintenance plan to avoid future issues.
